SUPERVISOR WAREHOUSE

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts or cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments for smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Operate or oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, productivity, and operational performance.
• Handle employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance issues.
