System Analyst

Systems Analyst are responsible for delivering projects and initiatives involving system processes, change and solutions. Systems analysts assess the suitability of systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcome. Duties and responsibilities :

• Assess the suitability of systems in terms of their intended outcomes.
• Liaise with end users, software vendors and programmers to achieve the outcome.
• Identify the organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use the system.
• Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology.
• Collect detailed user and functional requirements, analyse them, and translate them into programming solutions.
• Plan, evaluate and support R&D plans to meet business objectives.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes.
• To establish processes to collect and analyze internal and external market data to derive business insights.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments when required.
• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
• Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion.
