The intern will assist the team by providing administrative and coordination support across the following areas :

• Document & Letter Management.
• Format, proofread, and organize letters (e.g., testimonial, verification).
• Maintain trackers and follow up on pending items.
• Assist in answering staff / intern queries via HRSS mailbox and / or ServiceNow.
• Assist in compiling data and formatting reports.
• Procurement & Records Support - Track PR / PO status, check document completeness, and maintain procurement logs.
• Help Intern Record Stamping, index, label and organize records for HRDF.
• Audit Coordination - Support audit preparation by collating required documents and trackers.
• Event Logistics - Coordinate RSVPs, maintain trackers, and prepare decks or Coordinate RSVPs and maintain event tracker.
