Essential Duties :
Arranging the entire movement of goods, including selecting appropriate modes of transport (sea, air, land) and routes.
Preparing, processing, and reviewing all required shipping and customs documents, such as commercial invoices and bills of lading. Prepare related documentation etc quotation & billing invoice to customer
Negotiating shipping rates and booking cargo space with carriers (shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies) on behalf of clients and handle all the related transport (sea, air, land) document
Managing customs clearance procedures and ensuring compliance with international regulations for the movement of cargo
Providing real-time updates to clients on the status and location of their shipments
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and providing updates throughout the shipping process.
Trucking management
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
Min SPM or Diploma at any field
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
