Your Role

As a Therapist, you will be at the heart of creating unforgettable wellness experiences for our guests. You will perform a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based massage treatments, set a serene and comforting atmosphere, and ensure every guest leaves feeling renewed. You will prepare treatment spaces and maintain top-notch hygiene and service standards, contributing to a passionate team that values care, comfort, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Therapy & Treatment Delivery – Deliver a range of TCM massage treatments, reflexology, and wellness therapies according to guest needs and preferences; ensure each session reflects the brand’s high standards and contributes to a meaningful wellness experience.
• Guest Experience – Provide warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey—from welcoming and consultation to post-treatment care; offer professional advice on suitable treatments and promote a relaxing, personalized experience for every guest.
• Spa Operations & Sales Support – Assist with daily spa operations including taking reservations, managing guest feedback, and supporting retail activities; assist the Manager in maintaining treatment and retail sales targets and building returning businesses.
• Treatment Room & Facility Care – Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after sessions, ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product setup in line with SOPs; report equipment issues and assist in stock control and inventory checks as needed; stay updated with the latest techniques by attending training sessions and workshops; be a supportive team member contributing to a positive, professional working environment.
