Job Description

  • Lead R&D activities for product upgrades and new developments.
  • Improve equipment design focusing on durability, functionality, and reliability .
  • Develop and integrate modern touchscreen interfaces, data logging systems, and control software .
  • Provide expertise in industrial design, mechanical structures, materials, and mechatronics .
  • Ensure all products meet international standards and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and data sheets .
  • Collaborate with QC, manufacturing, and design teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Product Engineering (Master’s degree an advantage).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product design, development, or testing equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, mechanical structures, and industrial design .
  • Familiar with PLC, sensors, controllers, and automation systems .
  • Proficiency in CAD / 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Experience with international standards (ASTM, ISO, EN) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
