They have a processing centre supporting 10 countries across three time zones with a 24 / 5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of global operations, improve service quality via centres of excellence, and implement standardized processes globally. You will be supporting Europe business with shift hours of 5 : 00pm–2 : 00am or 6 : 00pm–3 : 00am.
