We’re looking for an experienced Air Freight Manager to lead and oversee import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs regulations, air freight processes, and end-to-end logistics management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and optimize daily air freight import / export operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, overseas agents, and customers.
- Negotiate rates with airlines and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, ISO procedures, and company quality standards.
- Support, train, and manage the operations team for optimal performance and satisfaction.
- Review invoices and job listings to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with customers to provide excellent service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Manage billing, quotations, collections, and account receivables in line with company policies.
