This role will be leading and executing Human Resources activities for three countries i.e., Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia business operations. The role will cover all aspects of Human Resources and General Admin functions. The Senior HR Manager will work closely with the Group VP of HR in driving HR’s practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes on quality, productivity and is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Company’s business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
The overall management and development of all HR functions for the Company, including :
- HR strategies, policies, and procedures : Update and maintain employee handbooks, develop training programs, and execute performance management process
- Employee Relations : Facilitate employee complaints, mediate conflicts, and provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
- Employment laws and regulations : Update and streamline changes to employment laws and regulations and ensure that the organization is following these laws.
- Talent Acquisition : Refine job descriptions, conduct interviews, and making hiring decisions for senior roles
- Employee Compensation and Benefits : Manage the administration of monthly payroll with the payroll vendor, employee benefits programs, such as health insurance. Execute the payout of Commissions and Incentives for the sales force.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs, develop training programs, and track the effectiveness of training initiatives. Lead the Group’s Talent Management Program for Top Talents
- HR-related reporting and analysis : Prepare HR reports for Management, analyse data on employee turnover, and identify trends and area for improvements in the HR function.
- HR Budget Management : Consolidate the data on Employee related budget, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Headcount cost and other HR expenses
- General Admin : Oversee the management and maintenance of the company facilities, ensure a safe and conducive workplace while upholding compliance and cost efficiency.
