The Training Admin Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Bancassurance Training team by coordinating, scheduling, and administering onboarding training programs for our business partners. This includes managing e-learning content and assessments on our LMS, liaising with the Head of Sales and Trainers, preparing training materials, enrolling participants, and ensuring completion of e-learning assessments and evaluations by trainees and licensing matters. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Training Coordination
  • Organize and schedule training sessions across multiple sales channel for bank partner.
  • Liaise with bank academy and internal stakeholders to coordinate onboarding training arrangements.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure readiness of training materials and sessions.
  • LMS & E-Learning Content Development
  • Assist in the creation and updating of training manuals, presentation decks, and e-learning modules.
  • Support the development of e-learning assessments, and enrolling of learners to the assigned e-learning course.
  • Upload and manage training content on the LMS platform and back-end systems, including table setup and module updates.
  • Assessment Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Track completion of e-learning assessments and evaluations and follow up with trainees to ensure timely progress.
  • Support post-training evaluations and management of records.
  • Licensing & Compliance
  • Assist in licensing matters including agent code creation and document handling.
  • Ensure all training documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with bank staff, trainers, and internal departments to ensure smooth training operations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to training-related inquiries.
  • Administrative Support
  • Provide general support for training administration, such as training reports, dashboards, and CPD hour summaries for internal audit review.
  • Monitor any banca training related tracking as when deemed necessary and any other tasks related to the Banca Training Team.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Preferably with 2 years working experience in Insurance background
  • Good communications skills, and proficient with powerpoint.
  • Familiarity with LMS, learning management system
