Finance- Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting : Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure timely submission of financial reports to support decision-making.
• Accounts management : Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including invoice preparation, receipt updates, and payment processing.
• Balance sheet reconciliation : Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Compliance and standards : Maintain financial records in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Cash flow monitoring : Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and support financial planning.
• Audit and tax liaison : Work with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax computations.
• Budgeting support : Collaborate with departmental heads on budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Financial analysis : Apply analytical skills to identify discrepancies, improve reporting accuracy, and support management decisions.
