Position Overview

E commerce &Partnership Executive (AmazonUSfocused)

Employment Type : Full‑Time, Work‑From‑Home (based in Malaysia)

Occasional travel within Malaysia or to Singapore and Korea for meetings and events may be required.

Our partner brand - KBooster is a fast-growing Korean beauty brand with a global footprint. As we accelerate our expansion into key international markets, we’re looking for a dynamic, multi-talented professional to act as the vital link between our Korea principal and our overseas operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • US Amazon Store Management : set up and maintain product listings; create compelling titles, bullet points, images, enhanced A+ content / brand storefronts, and back-end keywords; manage Amazon SEO; plan and execute advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display); monitor ACOS, TACOS and return on ad spend; coordinate promotional activities (Lightning Deals, coupons, seasonal campaigns) and manage pricing.
  • Monitor and improve account health : track metrics such as Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate and Inventory Performance Index (IPI); resolve policy warnings and buyer messages promptly.
  • Forecast inventory and manage FBA shipments : calculate sell-through rates, prepare inbound shipments (labelling, carton prep, shipping plans) and oversee restocking to avoid stockouts or overstock; handle customer inquiries and reviews to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Logistics & Supply-Chain Coordination : manage international shipments from Korea to the USA, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Greater Bay Area; coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics partners and warehouses; prepare shipping and customs documentation; proactively track shipments and resolve issues; maintain clear communication with stakeholders; act as the main point of contact for the Korea principal.
  • Marketing & Content Support : work with marketing and design teams to create and maintain Amazon A+ content, brand stores and social media content; support creation of blog posts and digital marketing materials; stay updated on e-commerce trends and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Based in Malaysia.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces; proven success with Shopee, Lazada or similar platforms.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn Amazon Seller Central management from the ground up.
  • Experience in cross-border communication and coordination.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures.
  • Highly organised, with strong project-management skills and the ability to handle multiple workstreams (platforms, logistics, partners).

    • Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Any prior experience with Amazon Seller Central is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation for the US and Asian markets.
  • Experience working with or managing distributor / partner relationships.
  • Background in beauty, health or cosmetics.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance procedures for the USA, Malaysia, Hong Kong or the Greater Bay Area.
  • Proficiency in Korean to communicate effectively with the Korea principal is a plus.
