Role Description

This is a full-time, temporary work-from-home position for a Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker).

In this role, you will provide high-quality support to Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication

This position is temporarily remote. Once the new office in Iskandar Puteri is established, employees will gradually transition back to on‑site work.
