Job Title: Functional Lead (SFA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Define functional requirements for the sales force automation (SFA) system.
  • 2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand requirements.
  • 3. Customize and configure the SFA system to support sales processes.
  • 4. Provide subject matter expertise and support to the development team.
  • 5. Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training and adoption.

Key KPIs/SLAs:

  • 1. Alignment of SFA functionality with sales and marketing requirements.
  • 2. User satisfaction with SFA usability and effectiveness.
  • 3. Timely resolution of SFA-related issues and enhancements.
  • 4. Successful implementation of SFA customizations and configurations.
  • 5. User adoption and utilization of SFA features.

Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2. Experience with sales force automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
  • 3. Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows.
  • 4. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
