About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia. This role will primarily support our Perth-based clients and collaborate with our technical specialists in Malaysia. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring delivery of digital marketing services, and supporting project coordination and reporting activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with up to 2 years of experience (including internship experience) who are eager to develop their career in client servicing and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of digital marketing clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to set KPIs and create quarterly plans.
  • Schedule and coordinate tasks with technical specialists to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor client results and adjust plans as needed.
  • Liaise with technical teams to provide innovative recommendations to clients.
  • Deliver a high standard of client service with same-day responses to queries.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports (by the 10th of each month) using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular client check-ins and communication touchpoints.
  • Project manage ad-hoc web support tasks as required.
  • Ensure all work is tested and delivered to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (internship / limited experience will be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing role).
  • Knowledge of SEO or PPC is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
