Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Planning : Setup and maintain schedules for stand-ups, sprint plans, and milestones (mid-term & long term); translate high-level directives into clear day-to-day tasks aligned with project priorities and scope.
• Support risk identification and mitigation strategies across the production pipeline to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Operational Excellence : Manage the execution of daily production tasks, including scope maintenance (Master Features / Content Lists), sprint planning, backlog grooming, localization process, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure project tasks are progressing according to schedule and assist in re-scoping when delivery risks are identified.
• Use project management tools to track progress, dependencies, and task ownership; champion consistent and structured workflows, promoting adherence to established pipelines and processes.
• Cross-Functional Communication & Client Engagement : Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to gather updates, resolve blockers, and communicate progress; review project reports, meeting decks, and milestone reviews for internal and external stakeholders; maintain proactive communication with team leads to ensure clarity in expectations and priorities; support client interactions in coordination with the Lead Producer, including status calls, delivery reviews, and feedback tracking.
• Team Development & Morale : Provide mentorship and daily coordination to associate producers and producers, promote knowledge sharing and accountability; support onboarding of new team members by ensuring access to necessary documentation, tools, and training; foster a positive team culture with transparency, teamwork, and timely recognition; participate in post-mortems and retrospectives to share learning for continuous improvement.
• Business Growth & Quality Ownership : Take ownership of assigned project segments or verticals, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timing, and quality; monitor and verify quality standards across deliverables with QA and discipline leads; assist in identifying scope changes or additional opportunities and flag them to production leadership; uphold internal expectations for efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality; demonstrate knowledge of the gaming market and trends to support project goals.
• Decision-Making & Influence : Make informed decisions about day-to-day production planning, task management, and scope clarity within assigned areas; escalate critical blockers or scope issues promptly; build stakeholder trust through clear communication, reliability and follow-through; contribute ideas for improving team coordination, sprint velocity, and production tools / processes.
