About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support our Operations & Sales Director. You will be the right hand to the Director — managing schedules, coordinating operations, assisting in sales activities, and ensuring day-to-day tasks run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational and sales initiatives.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing.
- Follow up with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in sales support : quotations, order tracking, and client engagement.
- Record meeting minutes and monitor project progress.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.2–3 years’ experience as a PA / EA or in Sales / Operations support.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Why Join Us?
