  • 2. Sales Documentation & Coordination

    • Prepare documentation to confirmed clients.
    • Tag all leads by source, deal size, and event type for weekly reporting.
    • Coordinate with relevant internal teams (events, ops, creative) to ensure client expectations are aligned and delivered.
    • 3. Client Communication & Upselling

    • Send follow-ups to unconverted leads using WhatsApp templates, calls, or emails.
    • Upsell premium add-ons
    • Propose value-added bundles during school holiday, birthday, and corporate promo campaigns.
    • Handle basic post-sale support (handover to events team for large-scale events).
