  • Ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities :
  • Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities.
  • Design a change management process and adopt appropriate tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts to ensure key stakeholders are inform on project progress, impact, and other need-to-know information.
  • Design, development, delivery and management of communications channels and tools.
  • Assess the change impact on business and users based on the project output.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Consult and coach project teams.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers : communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan. Clarity of objectives and practical outcomes need to be defined.
  • Track and report issues.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications :
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
