Job Description
- Handle daily enquiries from hotels and support on operational and administrative tasks.
- Manage long tail accounts via emails, act as the point of contact for those hotels.
- Work with market managers to pitch campaigns or any marketing activities to hotels. Aim to have good sign-up rates.
- Work with market managers to conduct analysis for hotels.
- Support and co‑lead company initiatives eg. system migration. Be the point of contact for hotels on this initiative.
Requirements
Bachelor degree from reputable universityFresh graduates are welcome to applyDetail‑oriented, able to handle complicated tasks in a structured manner.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace software (G‑doc).Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good team players, able to work and support team members smoothly.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over‑achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
