Business Development Associate – Swedish / Danish Speaker

At OPIS , a leading international Clinical Research Organization (CRO), we are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to expand our global client network across the life sciences sector, focusing on the Nordics region.

This is a remote (work from home) position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and analyze organizations to identify decision-makers.
  • Coordinate meetings between clients and OPIS experts.
  • Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or a degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, recruitment, etc.).
  • Native / fluent in Swedish, Danish, and English with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proactive, team‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
  • Eagerness to grow.
