This role is about making our medical strategies happen effectively across the region, always keeping patients at the center. You will drive improvements in how our medical teams operate, collaborate across departments, and use digital tools to enhance scientific impact and patient outcomes. What You'll Do

Strategic Execution : Help regional and country medical teams translate strategies into practical actions that benefit patients and healthcare providers. Building Capabilities : Develop and roll out training programs for medical teams (field- and office-based), covering patient journeys, healthcare system dynamics, and digital learning tools; promote sharing of best practices. Digital Education : Lead the strategy for digital medical education, creating and improving online content and platforms for internal teams (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons) and external healthcare professionals to support clinical decisions and patient outcomes. Operational Efficiency & Compliance : Ensure medical operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly, including processes, budgets, and collaboration with legal and regulatory teams. Digital Tools Champion : Promote and optimize the use of medical systems and digital tools (CRM and insight platforms) to enable data-driven decisions. Insight & Engagement : Create systems to capture field insights and develop tools to help medical teams engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) effectively. Cross-functional Link : Act as a bridge between country medical teams and regional departments (e.g., commercial, compliance, market access) to ensure alignment. Continuous Improvement : Seek ways to track performance, optimize processes, and foster a culture of learning and scientific excellence. What You'll Bring

Strong understanding of Medical Affairs : Knowledge of medical strategy, scientific engagement, and compliance. Digital & Field Excellence : Experience implementing digital tools and improving field team performance. Patient-Focused : Commitment to innovation that benefits patients. Strategic Thinker : Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Training & Development : Ability to build and deliver training programs. Education : An advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or similar) is highly preferred. Experience : At least 8 years in medical affairs or medical operations in pharma / biotech; regional or multi-country experience is a plus.
