Job Purpose
To ensure that all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products according to quality standards and specifications.
- Record, document, and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and relevant standards (ISO, customer requirements, etc.).
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming products; follow up with relevant departments for corrective action.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) activities.
- Maintain proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Assist in audits (internal, customer, or regulatory) as required.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
- Comply with company HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) policies and regulations.
