Job Descriptions :

To ensure the productivity, yield and output of lines are optimized

To coordinate and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule to leaders

To overview daily operation schedule with planner

To overview operation and discipline of Final Packing production floor

To coordinate interdepartmental task force

To deliver message from management to subordinates to solve production problem and emergency cases

To assist in implementation of process improvement activities

To perform corrective and preventive actions to ensure proper operation of Final Packing product

To perform proper control of the non-conforming product

To ensure the scope of work is conducted in a manner that complies with regulatory and environmental health and safety legislation
