You will be part of our Customer Excellence team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of Customer and Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to organize and supervise the transport of all orders, ensuring a high level of customer excellence. Your role is to provide helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints while ensuring the profitability of orders, correct invoicing, and data quality.

How you create impact

• Organizing and supervising the transport of all orders via air, sea, barge, charters, etc., ensuring key performance indicators are met.
• Maintaining accurate data quality, ensuring all systems are kept up to date promptly.
• Producing relevant documentation, including import / export declarations, customs clearance, and MES declarations.
• Preparing spot quotations, data for tender documents, and actively participating in commercial support.
• Completing tasks and administration relating to local services, such as trucking and warehousing.
• Maintaining file administration, including documentation, billing, and vendor invoices.
• Taking corrective action to prevent customer complaints and reporting incidents and hazards as per working instructions.
