Role Description

We are looking for a Freelance Copywriter (Bahasa Malaysia) with a strong command of language and experience creating professional, engaging, and technically accurate content for the Oil & Gas industry . The ideal candidate has the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives suitable for a range of audiences — from industry professionals to the general public.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and localize marketing, corporate, and technical content into Bahasa Malaysia for various communication channels (websites, brochures, press releases, social media, internal communications, etc.).
• Ensure all content aligns with industry terminology, corporate tone of voice, and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure accuracy and consistency of translated and original copy.
• Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance within the Oil & Gas context.
• Adapt English content into Bahasa Malaysia while maintaining message integrity, tone, and clarity.
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
