As a Senior Solution Designer , you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing advanced systems and solutions that support and enhance business functions. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing new technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering desirable outcomes through agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement and optimize systems and solutions that enable and support business functions
• Assess technology, evaluate rationalization opportunities or new technologies and platforms, and determine how it fits into the Corporate Systems strategy
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, partners and managed service team when required to deliver desirable outcome
• Analysis, design and new development of BPM (Business Process Management) based applications using Agile methodology according to requirements specified in user stories, using the technology stack and agreed engineering practices for the project
• Apply knowledge acquired on business process modeling notations to various forms of documenting processes.
• Building solutions in the areas of workflow and BPM implementation
• Facilitate any organizational process workshop involving liaising with users and process requirements.
• Identify, detect, and create business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific for the organization.
• Write unit test and ensure high test coverage
• Analyse requirements and prepare technical design specifications
• Anticipate and identify issues and risks affecting delivery and track them until resolution
• Independently handle issues with minimal supervision
