Are you a people person with a knack for building communities, making connections, and growing impactful networks?

Growth Forum Malaysia is looking for an Outreach & Partnerships Executive to help us expand our presence across Malaysia and ASEAN. Your mission will be to build strategic partnerships, grow our database of changemakers, and connect with institutions to amplify opportunities in the social impact, research, and development space.

Department : Business Relations

Education : Bachelor's degree is a plus (Not Mandatory)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain outreach lists for growing our newsletter subscriber base
Identify and contact universities, institutions, and NGOs for partnership opportunities
Manage Growth Forum’s LinkedIn and Instagram pages with regular, relevant content
Coordinate and execute small virtual events or opportunity briefings
Track engagement metrics and report campaign outcomes

Skills / Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in outreach, student groups, CSR, NGOs or digital marketing is a plus

Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Brevo / Mailchimp, or Notion

Initiative-driven and works well independently

Creative thinker with a good eye for building audience engagement
