Senior Specialist Sales Operations

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Description

In your new role, you will :

• Manage Sample Requests : Process sample requests from customers, verify sample stock availability, confirm sample pricing with the Product Line (PL) or Sales Manager, and manage sample tracking and reporting to ensure timely updates to customers.
• Handle Quotes : Manage customer and sales team requests for quotes (RFQs), ensuring accurate and prompt responses that align with organizational goals and maintain service excellence.
• Monitor Payments & Manage Credit / Debit Notes : Oversee customer account payments, resolve discrepancies through Credit or Debit Notes, and coordinate for accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate Product Change Notifications (PCN) : Distribute PCN notices to customers, maintain customer contact information, log customer feedback, and handle PCN / PTN / IN processes, requesting supporting documents as needed.
• Respond to Product Information Requests : Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding product details.
• Manage Cases : Respond to, update, and follow up on Microsoft Dynamics cases, ensuring resolution and closure.
• Ensure Export Control Compliance : Perform biannual export control checks for "Ship To" locations and verify export control status for new customers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
