Cloud Sales Advocates

We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Cloud Sales team as Cloud Sales Advocates . As a member of the Sales team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, fostering a positive and collaborative experience for prospects to learn about, engage with and implement cloud‑based solutions. You will hold business conversations with customers to understand their needs, match the right solution, and close the direct sale in a single interaction. By applying best‑in‑class sales skills, you will identify new prospects and help grow business relationships with companies across all industries and verticals. This position is only open to Mandarin speakers, local Malaysians.

Job Description

  • Engage with customers across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfil them with leading cloud technologies
  • Sell cloud products and solutions directly to customers who are ready to purchase
  • Recommend IT solutions based on business needs and challenges
  • Be the first contact point for business customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for a long‑term customer relationship
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly targets, including customer satisfaction and conversion rates
  • Lead customers to Cloud solutions
  • Work in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment, effectively managing leads and driving direct sales through the full sales cycle
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional sales experience and building lasting customer trust

Requirements

  • 1‑2 years minimum experience in similar roles (Cloud / Software Sales Preferred)
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or an equivalent discipline
  • SPM with relevant experience is welcomed to apply
  • Sound knowledge / passion in IT industry / products / solutions preferred
  • Experience in vendor management in IT distribution is an asset
  • Must be able to search out business leads
  • Strong team player and customer oriented
  • Self‑motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Language Skills : Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently and communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
  • Other Information

  • 5 days' work week (Monday - Friday) / KL Office is located at Nu Sentral
  • Expected onboarding date : Beginning of Dec-25
  • Working hour (9am‑6pm), PH work required with compensation of replacement leave provided.
