Key Responsibilities
1. Packing & Production Support
- Monitor and carry out daily packing activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
- Review order requirements, verify product specifications, and coordinate with Production for packing arrangements.
- Conduct labeling, documentation, and quality checks before dispatch.
- Analyze packing line capacity and output, suggesting improvements where needed.
2. Store & Warehouse Operations
Assist with daily store operations including goods receiving, arrangement, and inventory control.Handle deliveries, unpack and organize incoming stock, and ensure proper storage.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse / store environment.Manage stock cards, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking.3. Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Arrange local, international, and export shipments, ensuring documentation compliance (DO, INV, CI, PL, MSDS, FDA Cert, Prior Notice, etc.).Ensure accurate shipment details (parcel / pallet measurements, consignment notes, airway bills).Share tracking and delivery updates with Sales and relevant teams.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, packing, logistics, or warehouse / store management.Knowledge of export / import documentation and courier service requirements is an added advantage.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Job Type : Full-time
