Key Responsibilities

1. Packing & Production Support

  • Monitor and carry out daily packing activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Review order requirements, verify product specifications, and coordinate with Production for packing arrangements.
  • Conduct labeling, documentation, and quality checks before dispatch.
  • Analyze packing line capacity and output, suggesting improvements where needed.

2. Store & Warehouse Operations

  • Assist with daily store operations including goods receiving, arrangement, and inventory control.
  • Handle deliveries, unpack and organize incoming stock, and ensure proper storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse / store environment.
  • Manage stock cards, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking.

    • 3. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Arrange local, international, and export shipments, ensuring documentation compliance (DO, INV, CI, PL, MSDS, FDA Cert, Prior Notice, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate shipment details (parcel / pallet measurements, consignment notes, airway bills).
  • Share tracking and delivery updates with Sales and relevant teams.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, packing, logistics, or warehouse / store management.
  • Knowledge of export / import documentation and courier service requirements is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
