- Static Data Management
- To assist Team Lead : -
- To ensure all requests on static data creation & maintenance are carried out accurately and timely.
- To ensure all services delivered are meeting the SLA / SLI.
- To identify and improve operational processes on a continuous basis and ensure adherence to internal policy & procedures and regulatory compliance.
- To support the overall department KPIs.
- KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation and Maintenance of Static Data in Treasury System
- Ensure that the record creation / maintenance requests are valid i.e. supported with a valid source and all setup / maintenance are performed timely and accurately.
- Support the static data includes counterparty, standard settlement instructions and instruments.
- Support the static data for OCBC Malaysia and Singapore (scope phased out during the hubbing plan).
- Customer Service
- Liaise and work closely with Treasury Ops SDM to ensure SLA / SLI is met.
- Attend to internal customers’ enquiries and handle exceptional request on ad hoc basis.
- Risk and Control
- Identify and improve operational processes on a continuous basis and ensure adherence to internal policy & procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Quality Initiatives
- Maintain good quality of work i.e. zero defects and minimize reworks.
- Identify and put in action plan for areas for process improvement.
- Others
- Ad hoc assignments#
- Preferably knowledge dealing with Treasury products.
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team.
- Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.
