Working Hours : Monday – Friday (8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM) Saturday : Work on a rotational basis Rest Day : Sunday

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Assistant to join our client’s nursery and gardening retail team in Dengkil, Selangor. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, loves plants, and wants to be part of a vibrant and growing retail environment.

You will play an important role in assisting customers, managing product displays, and ensuring smooth daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in and online customers by providing product information, recommendations, and purchase support.

Handle sales transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales records.

Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.

Maintain the cleanliness and display arrangement of plants, pots, and nursery products.

Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.

Support the Sales Executive in daily operations and promotional activities.

Assist with plant watering, care, and arrangement to ensure products remain healthy and attractive.

Participate in social media promotions, live sessions, or content preparation when needed.

Handle stock arrangement, restocking, and inventory checks.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Interest or basic knowledge in plants or gardening is an added advantage.

Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.

Able to work on a rotational schedule, including Saturdays.
