BRANCH EXECUTIVE (Kawasan Perindustrian Valdor, Pulau Pinang)

Overview

Overall responsibility for operations and service activities in Northern Region (Peninsular Malaysia).

Key responsibilities

• Prompt delivery of all new vehicles (and collection of old vehicles in good condition) in accordance with the SLAs and KPIs.
• To provide support to Spanco Services (SPSV) on matters related to service operations activities / initiatives.
• To monitor and manage the deployment and collection of Standby Vehicle (SV). To also monitor and manage the scheduled maintenance of SV(s) including all type of repair works and ensure the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met.
• To provide support to the Used Car Department by ensuring all end-of-lease cars are returned in good condition and with complete accessories. To also ensure that all used cars are properly parked, regularly inspected and cleaned once a month.
• To provide support to other related department including Support Services Division (SSD) and Business Development and Corporate Communication (BDCC) Department and etc.
• To manage and ensure copies of important documents are properly kept / archived / filed, which includes Acknowledgement of Delivery (AOD), Vehicle checklists and road taxes. To also ensure relevant documents to be promptly couriered / sent to HQ where applicable and required to.
• To manage special initiatives and / or projects in NorthernRegion.
• Properly plan on regular engagement with customers in southern region and attend to customer feedbacks effectively. To also ensure all feedbacks are closed and communicated within the stipulated time.
• To provide insights to the Head of Operations / Chief Operating Officers (COO) on immediate and long-term customer requirements in Northern Region.
• Prompt and timely preparations and submission of relevant reports.
• Execute any other tasks or duties as and when assigned by the Head of Division.
