BHD., a leading manufacturer in the electronics industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Senior Engineer to join our dynamic Production Unit Assembly team based in Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and high‑quality assembly of our electronic products, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the production unit assembly operations, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards and manufacturing protocols.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the assembly process, implementing appropriate corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Analyse production data and generate detailed reports to support decision‑making and drive operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or electronics industry.

Extensive knowledge of electronic assembly processes, including soldering, circuit board assembly, and quality control.

Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment used in electronic assembly and testing.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
