Global Team Lead Mobile Solutions

As Global Team Lead Mobile Solutions, you will be leading an international team responsible for a portfolio of mobile applications used by internal employees as well as our customers. Your team manages mobile applications for different stakeholders (eBusiness, Digital Solutions, Technical Customer Service...) on a global scale. Your role is to ensure the highest quality and stability of the products and together with your business partners, drive further developments using the latest technologies to achieve the best results for our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead an international team of project managers and developers.
• Ensure the constant development of the team, e.g. through regular performance evaluations and the definition of suitable training and development measures.
• Manage, monitor and control our operative projects including offer calculations, budget / employee planning and vendor selection.
• Work together with global Business teams to achieve the best solutions to our end users.
• Drive the mobile strategy to increase efficiency and / or development quality.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
