Executive, Finance & Treasury (Contract)
The Executive, Finance & Treasury is responsible to manage and maintain accurate financial records related to Accounts Receivables and Payables, ensure timely reconciliation of balances and support the Finance & Treasury Division in preparing management reports and facilitating company closures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review outstanding balances in Accounts Receivables and Payables, taking necessary corrective actions.
- Issue balance confirmations to debtors and creditors for outstanding amounts.
- Prepare and review ageing reports and reconciliations for debtors, creditors, and intercompany balances.
- Analyze long-overdue balances and recommend appropriate actions for resolution.
- Liaise with the Group Contract & Procurement Division regarding outstanding retention sums.
- Prepare Management Accounts after clearing Accounts Receivables and Payables.
- Draft Management Committee papers to seek approval for intercompany debt waivers from MC or Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary for submission of documents related to company striking‑off.
- Communicate with tax agents and the Inland Revenue Board to facilitate closure of company tax files.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor in Accountancy or Finance (major accounting) or related course.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related field.
Special Skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles.At least 4 years’ experience in full set accounts, Accounts Receivables, and Payables.Exposure to audit and taxation is an advantage.Excellent analytical skills for assessing receivables and payables.Proficiency in mathematics and computer literacy (Excel, Word, and accounting systems).Strong communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, tax authorities, and internal teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
