Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain all company documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper filing.
- Control the distribution of documents and ensure staff have access to the latest versions.
- Assist in preparing, updating, and archiving records in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
- Support departments with document retrieval and provide timely updates when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track document status and maintain document registers.
Job Requirements :
Minimum SPM qualification.2-5 years of experience in documentation or administrative work (fresh graduates may be considered).Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Able to work independently and handle confidential information.Salary Range : RM2000 - RM3500
