About the role
Epoint Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our team in Pandan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned client accounts
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our solutions
- Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions
- Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales management team
- Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your client accounts
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industryStrong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and explain complex software solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clientsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotasDegree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceWhat we offer
