Overview of Role
The Insights Lead is the brainpower of the Marketing team. You’ll champion what consumers want, think, and feel, and actively work with our Brand Managers to craft products, experiences, and communication that maximizes the joy every Tealive customer feels. Some of this will be done through 3rd party public research; some will be done through consumer focus groups, but all of it needs to be data-driven.
- Consumer Behavior : How differently are consumers eating and drinking in retail environments, post-Covid?
- Consumer Preferences : How do our drinks and snacks compare to other peers in the industry? Can we improve them by listening more closely to consumers? Would customers dig a durian, rambutan slushie?
You’ll also be responsible for designing experiments to optimize Marketing initiatives. You’ll ask the hard questions and tell us how to find the answers.
What impact does Marketing make on consumer demand?Are promos effective to drive sales or is it just a short-term payoff?Should we be reaching customers more on digital platforms or more through in-store banners?Essential Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in a highly Analytical / Research / Data-Driven roleYou enjoy numbers and data, but you enjoy the stories they paint even moreCustomer-centricity. You’re accustomed to asking questions about what our consumers need from us and hunting for answersThis is a team sport, so you have to be able to communicate and manage internal stakeholders effectivelyPeople who bring fun to work - you can’t bring joy to millions without embodying it yourself!Digital-first : We are going to be a tech-enabled, digital-first company.
