Sales Manager

in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales activities within your assigned geographic area, aligned with the company’s targets, SME objectives, and budget. Your core responsibilities will include client acquisition, market penetration, and relationship management to secure both new and repeat business. You will also work closely with Sales Directors and business development teams across the group to develop tailored service offerings based on market needs. This is a hands-on role, where you will actively prepare quotations and collaborate with the operations team to follow up on offers and ensure successful service delivery. Main Task and Responsibilities

Manage and drive sales activities within the assigned region, reporting to the Sales Director & Country Manager. Propose, execute, and monitor the sales plan (SME) in line with agreed sales targets and strategic objectives. Grow the business by developing relationships with both existing and potential clients. Ensure smooth transition and integration of new accounts with operations, product, trade, and customer service teams. Provide consultative support to customers by actively listening to their needs and offering relevant solutions, thereby improving conversion rates and managing cost of sales. Maintain accurate reporting through internal tools and follow internal communication protocols. Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals in coordination with purchasing and operations. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular, value-driven engagement. Bring strong negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to daily tasks. Present a professional, confident, and sales-oriented presence. How to apply
