Adecco is hiring for a Payroll executive to manage our clients' end-to-end payroll processing, statutory payments, and tax compliance. The role ensures accurate and timely salary releases, reporting, and employee query management. This position will also support audits, maintain payroll records, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Must have at least bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Finance or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports and manage records.
  • Well-versed in Employment Act and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support.
  • Ensure client deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including computation of wages, bonuses, allowances, overtime, claims, deductions, advance payments, and conversions.
  • Ensure timely receipt of timesheets, attendance summaries, and related records to support accurate payroll input.
  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs, reports, and summaries for salary release in line with defined SLAs.
  • Generate payslips, payroll expense reports, tax reports, and other payroll-related data, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
  • Respond promptly to employee queries regarding salary, benefits, or taxes in line with KPIs.
  • Handle statutory requirements, including tax clearance for expatriates, statutory payments, and annual EA / Form E submissions.
  • Liaise with auditors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to support payroll audits and compliance matters.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable payroll, tax, and benefits regulations.
  • Uphold data accuracy with buddy checks and proper maintenance of payroll records.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Front Office, and Middle Office teams to resolve payroll issues and exchange relevant data.
  • Support ad-hoc payroll projects and process improvements as required.
