The Role

• Work within the Personalisation squad in AIPS, developing complex engineering solutions that power job personalisation for millions of job seekers globally
• Contribute to communities of practice at SEEK and beyond; pursue mastery of software delivery
• Design, develop and maintain software components and data systems to meet team goals
• Share responsibility for production services, including uptime, troubleshooting, and SLA compliance
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Data Engineers and Strategy Managers in an agile environment

The Team

The AI & Platform Services (AIPS) team provides AI-centric core services that scale globally, including search, recommendations, candidate matching, and personalisation. AIPS works with internal partners who deliver products to candidates and hirers.

Team members work in squads combining three roles : AI (machine learning), Strategy (business / product), and Engineering (development / DevOps).
