Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greets customers pleasantly and provides information on centre programs and services Answers phones in a professional and pleasant manner. Tracks lane availability, assigns open lanes Follows cash control procedures. Have a knowledge of all pricing and promotional offers Allocate rental shoes to customers and following cleaning procedures as outlined in SOP. Sell retail counter products such as drinks and snacks Operates POS equipment, central panel, computers and P / A system. Promptly assists and responds to all customer questions or request. Interacts with customers as they enter and leave the facility. Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
