Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-obsessed team
  • Drive sales and exceed key performance indicators (KPI : ATV, UPT, NPS)
  • Create a premium in-store experience that reflects Nike's brand values
  • Ensure operational excellence and world-class visual merchandising
  • Embody and champion Nike's core values of performance, innovation, and sustainability

You Bring

  • 3–5 years of retail leadership experience (sports, fashion, or performance brands preferred)
  • Strong people and performance management skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Hands-on leadership, solution-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

    • Assistant Store Manager

    As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to elevate team performance, drive key metrics, and deliver the Nike experience. You're a dynamic leader ready to step up and lead the store when needed.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations and achievement of sales goals
  • Motivate and coach team to deliver athlete-first service
  • Oversee store processes : inventory, visual merchandising, staffing
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty in the Store Manager's absence
  • Promote a culture of passion, excellence, and teamwork

    • You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Passionate, organized, and committed to performance excellence
  • Availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays

    • Retail Supervisor

    As Retail Supervisor, you are the key link between management and the front-line team. You inspire excellence, lead by example, and make sure every athlete walking into the store feels seen, heard, and motivated.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales floor and support the team to exceed expectations
  • Guide training and development efforts for store associates
  • Ensure operational readiness and compliance
  • Support visual and stock execution
  • Step in as Manager-on-Duty when required

  • 2–4 years of retail or supervisory experience
  • Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Driven by teamwork and a love for sport and movement
