Beauty Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at DRANA Wellness & Spa in Ipoh, Perak. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional service and product recommendations. This is a full-time position based in our modern spa.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing personalised consultations to understand each client's unique beauty needs and goals
• Recommending and demonstrating the most suitable facial treatments and skincare products.
• Delivering high-quality beauty services such as facials.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and industry trends
• Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing and luxurious spa experience for all clients
• Assisting with inventory management and spa operations as needed
