Responsibilities
Actively manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfactionIdentify and qualify new sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals that meet or exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored packaging solutionsProvide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performanceContribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growthStay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developmentsPrepare sales documentation including quotation and collection of credit timelyMonitor of customer satisfaction to ensure service fulfilmentRequirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry and possess bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalentWe are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accountsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team and able to complete task within the timeframe givenWilling to travel local and outstationWork Locations :
