Marketing Executive (Commercial & Partnerships Support)

Overview
We’re seeking a driven Marketing Executive to support cruise marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and commercial operations in the lead-up to and following our cruise’s December 2025 launch. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to help bring the brand to life across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Execution
- Support the marketing team in executing integrated campaigns across social, digital, influencer, and PR channels.
- Coordinate content production (photo, video, copy) with creative and agency partners.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and asset delivery for ongoing campaigns.
- Update website and booking portal content in collaboration with IT and design teams.
Partnership Activation
Assist in coordinating partner deliverables for collaborations.Liaise with external brand partners, media, and influencers for promotional tie-ups and onboard activations.Track and report partner performance metrics.Commercial & CRM Support
Help implement promotions, referral codes, and email / CRM journeys.Pull performance data from booking and analytics dashboards to prepare weekly marketing performance summaries.Coordinate physical collaterals (banners, brochures, onboard materials) for launch and retail counters.Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or campaign execution (travel, F&B, entertainment, or hospitality preferred).Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with social media, CRM tools, and performance tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malay is a plus.Hands‑on, startup‑minded, comfortable operating across both digital and on‑site activations.Success Indicators
