Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in tender estimation for MEP works (contractor or consultancy background). Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation and cost analysis. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD and estimation software. Good communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, analytical and able to work under tight deadlines. Job Responsibility
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works (mechanical, electrical and plumbing).
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for comparison and evaluation.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and ensure accuracy of cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with project, design and procurement teams during the tendering stage.
- Identify value engineering options and cost-saving measures.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions and clarifications.
- Maintain updated cost data, rates and historical records for reference.
