Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Engineering : Chemical, Process, Food Technology or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment, experience in liquid product processing and spray drying operation is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for new process development and process improvement.
- Update and maintain processing and production standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize standard operating procedures to achieve technical consistency and process reliability
- Provide engineering support to trouble shoot and resolve technical, process and quality-related issues
- Carry out process optimization studies to achieve operating cost reduction by improving quality, productivity and reducing wastages.
- Lead and manage manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to project timeline, budgets and quality standards. Able to communicate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals related to project execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems
- Ensure that quality systems are effectively implemented and maintained within the process engineering and quality assurance functions.
- Lead and coordinate with variance department to optimize energy consumption.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.
